Objectives of the Center for the Biotechnology Workforce
OUR OBJECTIVES
The objectives of the NCBW for BioNetwork are:
  1. Create relationships and partnerships that enable our Centers to grow their expertise
  2. Create best practice publications on collaborative topics

SPECIAL INTEREST
We are particularly interested in the novel ways & means of educating biotech technicians. To this end we openly seek partnership, especially via mutual grant opportunities, to enhance training techniques, levels and efficiencies. Additionally we are interested in following graduates of biotechnology programs with respect to employment and continuing education. We are following a cohort of graduates in North Carolina that is comprised of graduates from Alamance Community College and Forsyth Technical Community College, most of whom have taken an associates degree in biotechnology.
